ABOUT

Adeline Myers is a professional art conservator located in Salem, Massachusetts. 

She provides conservation services for new and antique picture frames and furniture. She specializes in gilded and painted surfaces and in lacquered, japanned and ivory objects. 

Adeline has 10 years of experience in the gilding and conservation industry, including five years in the frame conservation lab at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, where she assisted the museum's expansion of its American wing. She holds a BA in Fine Arts from Smith College, where she interned in the conservation lab of the Smith College Museum of Art. She has also completed internships with renowned upholstery conservators and mural conservators. Now in private practice, Adeline takes in work for private clients and is also available for freelance projects for local conservators and museums. She is a member of AIC.
